Description A rural cluster of 87 new luxurious houses, designed according to the traditional Pelion architecture. The complex occupies a total area of 12,600 m², of which only 3,653 m² are covered by the buildings and it is spread over a steep hill which allows unlimited views to the sea for all properties. One main street, 4 meters wide, starts from the lowest point, where the gatehouse with the stop-bar is placed, and runs through the whole complex, providing access to each one of the properties and to the underground parking space of each house. The houses are placed in different hypsometrical levels, so as to benefit of the natural inclination of the ground and assure the maximum possible view for each villa. The properties are now offered for sale at the off-plan stage. Construction work will start in summer 2007 and the properties will be completed in 2009. |
