In the eastern Aegean Sea is the beautiful Greek island of Samos, and a new resort is rising on the southeast edge that will be a true five star destination for international travelers and property investors. Halcyon Hills is a true green resort, with many features that will be environmentally sensitive. All of construction materials used will be produced or sourced locally, reducing the carbon footprint of the build. The use of electricity on the site will also be significantly boosted by the careful placement of solar panels. Water at Halcyon Hills will be recycled to keep the grounds lush and green throughout the year, and the resort will process its own freshwater requirements. Furthermore, the facilities will be heated via a geothermal heating system.

 

The island of Samos is one of the easternmost of the Greek Islands along the coast of Turkey, just 1.5 kilometers from the Turkish mainland. Samos Airport (SMI) is located 14 kilometers southwest of Samos Town and 3 kilometers west of Pythagorio, making it very convenient to Halcyon Hills and Klima. The major ferry routes come to the island at Pythagoria and Karlovassi in addition to Samos Town.
